Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f1000 (508S1AV)

HP pen control plus returns an "app not compatible with your device" message when attempting to open. I have gone through support assistant and onto the website to check and download drivers. Windows has updated to Win 11 23H2 which is not in the selection of OS available on the website. I never tried to use the app before. I have the tilt pen and it functions but I need to access pen settings. I haven't found anything in the forum answering this. Thank you ahead of time, I hope someone can help.
