I've never used my HP pen, and when I tried to use it, it's not working. I already charge the pen for 5 hours. My laptop touchscreen is working perfectly. There's pen configuration on my laptop and a button to Pair the pen via Bluetooth but there's no Bluetooth device showing on my laptop. I tried to hold both of the pen's button for 25 second and it's not working.
I don't understand what's the problem.

Hi @fridka,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP pen is not working despite charging it for several hours and attempting to pair it with your laptop, there could be several reasons behind the issue. Let's explore some troubleshooting steps to identify and possibly resolve the problem:
Check Compatibility: Ensure that your HP pen is compatible with your laptop model. Some pens are designed to work with specific models or series.
Battery and Charging: Even though you've charged the pen, it's worth checking if the pen's battery is properly inserted (if it's replaceable) and ensuring that the charging connection is secure. Sometimes the charging contacts might not align properly, preventing the pen from charging.
Bluetooth Pairing: If your pen requires Bluetooth pairing and it's not showing up on your laptop, try restarting both your laptop and the pen. For the pen, you've mentioned holding both buttons for 25 seconds, but also try looking for any specific reset instructions for your pen model. Ensure your laptop's Bluetooth is turned on and is not in airplane mode.
Drivers and Software: Check if there are any specific drivers or software required for your HP pen to function with your laptop. Visit the HP support website, enter your laptop's model, and check for any pen-related drivers or software updates.
Pen Configuration and Settings: Explore the pen configuration settings on your laptop more closely. There might be settings or calibration options you need to adjust. Look for a dedicated pen or stylus section within your system settings.
Test on Another Device: If possible, try pairing and using the pen with another compatible device. This can help determine if the issue is with the pen itself or the interaction with your laptop.
Check for Physical Damage: Inspect the pen for any signs of physical damage that could affect its functionality.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
