Hi @angelin1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If your HP MPP2.0 Tilt Pen is not working on your HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check Pen Compatibility

  • Ensure that the HP MPP2.0 Tilt Pen is compatible with your specific model of the HP ENVY x360. Some HP pens may not be compatible with all HP touch devices.

2. Check Bluetooth Connection

  • If your pen connects via Bluetooth, make sure it is paired correctly.
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
    • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and check if the pen is listed as a connected device. If not, pair the pen by pressing and holding the top button until the LED flashes, then select the pen from the Bluetooth device list.

3. Replace Pen Battery

  • If your pen uses replaceable batteries, ensure they are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Even if the pen is rechargeable, make sure it is fully charged.

4. Update Drivers

  • Go to Device Manager (press Windows key + X and select Device Manager).
  • Expand Human Interface Devices and Bluetooth sections.
  • Right-click on any pen, touch, or Bluetooth drivers and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
  • Additionally, check for any specific pen drivers on the HP Support website for your laptop model and install them if available.

5. Calibrate the Screen for Pen and Touch Input

  • Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings.
  • Under the Display tab, click on Calibrate and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the pen input.

Kindly check the remaining steps in the next post.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
