HP pen settings not available in Microsoft store, where it was earlier

As the title says, my hp pen settings app was installed but was than uninstalled when i found out the app was taken from the Microsoft store. is there any way i could download it from another source? I do need it for drawing

May I ask where the product number of the pen is? is it engraved on the pen itself? I do have some ids:
