I have the basic HP Pen. I KNOW it's compatible with my computer because I've had this for a few months now and have been using it without any issues. Now I have an issue: it's not responding. My touchscreen still works with my hand and I have changed out the battery as well. I have also updated all of the necessary drivers and etc., but the pen will not work.
I need help ASAP. If you cannot help, please just help me sort out getting the warranty worked out because I have a year-long warranty and it hasn't even been a year. I am so disappointed.
