So the problems started happening when i downgraded to windows 8.1 (the touchscreen was working just fine before this.) the drivers were all messed up and hid touch screen disappeared in device manager. i upgraded back to windows 10 and the touchscreen still isnt working. the tablet dosent even recognize a touchscreen in the about settings. the touchscreen does work in bios and i have installed all drivers and installed all updates.

can somebody please help. i have been trying to fix this for like a week
