Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ask for help. HP probook 440 G7 or 440 G6 notebook PC, I have several of them. The laptops are new. Windows 10 x64 1909. Symptoms: 1) An external monitor is connected via the built-in HDMI port. After a random time, the main display of the laptop goes out (black screen), at this moment the image on the external screen breaks into many small squares (artifacts). After that, the laptop freezes, you have to restart using the power button. 2) The laptop works without an external monitor. The screen goes blank randomly (black screen). Only rebooting by the power button helps.

1) Updated BIOS to the latest version:

440 G7: HP BIOS and System Firmware (S71) 01.07.02 Rev.A

440 G6: HP Firmware Pack (R71) 01.14.01 Rev.A

2) We replaced the hdmi cable with another;

3) First, the latest drivers from the HP website:

NVIDIA Video Driver and Control Panel VERSION: 27.21.14.5225 SoftPaq NUMBER: sp110217 09/28/2020

Intel Video Driver and Control Panel 27.20.100.8190 Rev.W

Did not help.

4) Then I updated the video driver from the sites - intel and nvidia:

Intel - Intel-Driver-and-Support-Assistant https://www.intel.ru/content/www/ru/ru/support/detect.html

Nvidia - 460.89-notebook-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql

Problem still exists. 😞
