HP repairs

Hi, I have the HP ENVY x360 - 15-ar002na (ENERGY STAR), product number W9W56EA. I have an issue that I believe is with the graphics card as it glitches when the laptop is pressed or moved. Who would be recommended for repairs of hp laptops and how much would I be looking at spending? 
The laptop is only just 3 years old

Your laptop does not use graphics "Cards"; instead, it has a video chip soldered to the system board and that is not replaceable.

The importance of this is that the entire system board would need to be replaced; instead of just swapping one card with another.
