my hp specture have a screen fading and i'm rarly using this pc and it was working perfectly and the agent here is KSA says that it's a screen while in web and hp community saying it's something different.

 

kindly update me , how i can solve this problem.

  • Is the display brightness going down when you use the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
