Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I recently bought a brand new HP Elitebook 840 G5 8th gen (i5 8350U), buy after pressing fn+f2 OR only f2 OR fn+p, the hp sure view feature is not working at all. What is the problem? Does my laptop really support HP sure view? I took the hardware test and the keyboard/display and other component passed finely. What should I do? Does it require any particular DRIVER?

Please help!

Are you sure your machine has HP Sure View ? Did you buy this option because HP Sure View is optional and must be configured at purchase.

Regards.

Well I give my brother money and he bought it for me, but i dont know it has sure view option or not. It is elitebook 840 g5  8th generation with core i5 8350U processor (non touch). How do i know it has sure view option or not? Any idea? Because HP website says core elitebooks with i5 8350U are with sure view. Can you give me a bit more information on this?
