Hi
I have a Bluetooth HP travel mouse with buttons on the side. Something strange happened: the mouse stopped working; when I clicked on the top button, it did nothing; the LED did not blink, nor did it switch channels.
When I turn the ON/OFF switch ON, the LED blinks (it stays ON for about 4 sec). but after that it is unresponsive.
Thank you
Luís

Hi @valetinho,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are experiencing issues with your HP Bluetooth travel mouse.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Check Battery: Ensure that the battery of the mouse is not depleted. If it's a replaceable battery, try replacing it with a fresh one. Sometimes, low battery power can cause the mouse to malfunction.
Reconnect Bluetooth:
- Go to your computer's Bluetooth settings and remove the HP travel mouse from the list of paired devices.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your computer and then turn it back on.
- Put your HP travel mouse into pairing mode (usually done by holding down a specific button for a few seconds).
- Once in pairing mode, try to pair the mouse with your computer again.
Update Drivers: Ensure that your computer's Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can usually do this through the Device Manager (on Windows) or the System Preferences (on macOS).
Try Different Device: If possible, try pairing the mouse with a different device (such as another computer or a smartphone) to see if the issue is with the mouse or with the original device you were trying to use it with.
Reset Mouse: Some mice have a reset button on the bottom that you can press with a pen or paper clip. Press and hold this reset button for a few seconds and then try pairing the mouse again.
Check for Interference: Make sure there are no other electronic devices nearby that could be interfering with the Bluetooth signal.
