Hello,

I bought hp victus 16-d1044nt 53f52av on december 2022. From the day I bought it until 04/04/2023, I was getting video output with the SLink SL USB-C25 USB Type C -> HDMI converter. and I was using the 3rd monitor. but after 04/04/2023 it stopped working. I tried different cables and converters didn't work. I deleted and reinstalled the drivers etc. Is there any information that can help?
