Well, it would appear that I am joining the problem list for a broken left hinge on my HP x360 laptop. I retired in 2019 and purchased this computer in 2021. Since retirement, I am not heavy user and do not use the computer daily. I have never dropped it or abused in any way.  So you can understand how upset I was to simply move the screen to “iPad” view and the left hinge broke. My screen is not broken and the touch screen still works fine. I am reaching out to you to request assistance for repairing my computer.  I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.  Thank you!!

I purchased my laptop, HP Pavilion, in 2019 and have also not damaged my laptop but the hinge has slowly deteriorated and when I went to close my laptop after class the hinge completely broke and now my screen is damaged and the laptop is not usable. I had to go buy a laptop as I needed one for class but wanted to get my old one fixed and return the one I just bought. I have always had HP and love their laptops and the windows interface but have seen a lot of problems with the hinges since I have experienced this and looked up more online. Is there anything you can do to help me?
