Product: HP ZBook 15u G6 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The other night my laptop stopped working properly without warning. The entire user interface is messed up. Many of the keys on the keyboard stopped working so have difficulty logging in. Caps lock always on even when laptop powered off and unplugged. Continual auto scrolling. It seems like someone else is controlling the computer. Same issue with touch pad, external mouse (have tested multiple mice) and even an external keyboard. We did a fresh install of Windows (10, because we don't like 11). Have had this laptop for almost 3 years with no issues but we are almost out of warranty so I am a bit concerned, especially as this is our only computer and we rely on it for everything.
