Hi,
When trying to make a Video Call using Facebook Messenger (or Skype), I am unable to get it to work.
I have tried looking through settings and control panel, but it has not helped to allow access.
I am not sure which settings i could alter to try and fix this. Otherwise, what problems may be preventing me from being able to access this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Thank you for your response.
I am the only user on this pc. I have tried running Chrome as an administrator, but it still did not work.
I have managed the microphone, etc from the browser bar at the top left of the screen, but it still does not allow access.
Thanks for your help

Hi
Is the problem with Skype?
Is the problem with your firewall blocking port 443?
Does the camera work with one or more of these ....

I have a microphone issue that only works on one profile, despite me having admin rights, so I can sympathise,
but it seems not actually help.
