disabling or enabling hardware acceleration did not give any results, it loses absolutely the same

I think you have to accept the limitation. More performance is not possible. Unfortunately, only HP graphics drivers can be used so update to the latest graphics driver of card manufacturer is not possible! This is also a performance limitation !
