Have i5 processor 7th generation but Pc is very slow

The processor is very likely not the problem. We need the specific model number to be sure what hardware you have but you could have a virus or your hard drive can be having problems or be overfilled or you may have too little memory for optimal operation. First thing you can do for yourself is run a full set of hardware tests to rule out a hardware issue. Tap esc as you turn the laptop on and then F2 at the menu and component tests. Run all of the tests full length versions and report any errors or tell us there are no errors and we can go from here.
