Having issue with two camera found while only one is shown in device manager.

I have a HP victus 15. I have a assessment for a job tomorrow but when i tried to take mock assessment and system comparability today it show that two cameras detected. So I checked with device manager  there is only HP camera available. Please help me to disable Omen camera which is not shown in device manager but on the assessment page.

You have two cameras one of them is IR the other is webcam.  The IR is used for windows Hello.

1 - enter "camera" in the windows search box. An error message may appear. If so, click "Get Help". If there is no "Get Help" then read this article.

2 - Try rolling back the driver
Did you try rolling back the camera driver?

It could be the camera driver or the USB driver if the camera is connected to the USB. Many internal cameras are connected to the USB.

In the pictures below you would select the camera driver and then look for 'rollback'
