Product: HP EliteBook 735 G5

Could anyone assist me with this issue? I tried nearly everything, even going as far as trying to enable the option using BIOS with no result, and I also tried enabling the biometric sensors with no result. My fingerprint sensor won't work. The biometrics device option is also not listed in the device manager

FingerPrint reader for HP EliteBook 735 G5  is OPTIONAL. Did you buy that option otherwise it only has the window but NO sensor underneath ? If NOT, software won't work. If you wish, you can buy the following part and install to your machine
