hi, I have a Victus laptop with a secondary monitor and a few days ago the HDMI output stop working i checked with different HDMI cables and another monitor and still won't work. Under device manager the "NVidia GeForce rtx 3050 ti laptop gpu" is showing an alert icon so I tried to update the driver, uninstall and re install it, download the driver from hp support page also install the NVidia app to get the driver from them and none of this make the card driver update and I still have the warning icon, also when I click on properties for this card on the devices status I'm getting a "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" message. After all this I decide to reset this laptop from cero and start with a fresh windows installation and still having the same issue with the driver and not working HDMI port
this is a Victus 15-fa0032dx ill really appreciate if someone have an idea to solve this issue
