Hello @TheLazy, Greetings!

Thank you for reaching out. I came across your post and would like to help 🙂

I understand your laptop is overheating while playing games. This issue is normally caused due to accumulated dust clogging the air vents of your laptop. You can fix this issue by following the steps mentioned here: http://hp.care/2c2H3g8

In some cases, some corrupt processes can also cause the same issue. In which case, you can check for the problem processes by going to the task manager. Please check http://hp.care/2c2GRxt for more detailed troubleshooting steps on the issue.

Let me know how it goes!

Cheers 🙂
