I need to connect 2 LG 27UD69P monitors to my laptop. I have purchased 2 different USB -C-HUB cords and neither works. I bought a USB C to Dual HDMI Adapter that said it was compatible with my laptop but it did not work. Help!

It ONLY has 1 hopeless USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

The cord you suggested is $85. Will this one work? USB 3.0 to HDMI Dual Display Adapter USB A or USB C to HDMI for Dual Monitors or this one Plugable USB 3.0 to HDMI Video Graphics Adapter with Audio for Multiple Monitors
