hello I have a hp notebook .I need to replace 13 of my key spring hinges as iv managed to get all the keys back on apart from the 13 . they look damaged.

im going to take it into a computer repair shop tommorow does any one know how much I should be paying for 13 new key hinges (don't know the correct part name)

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

i took it to a computer shop if been told you can't get replacement key clips I would have to have the whole keyboard replaced it would cost 80 pound there's only 13 clips broken.Is it true you can't get replacement clips

Yes, you need to get the entire keyboard replaced. Individual key replacement is not possible on most of the keyboards.
