Product: HP Laptop 14-dk0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My laptop screen keeps going black, and it restarts itself sometimes. Sometimes it goes black with vertical lines, and sometimes the image is distorted. I think it may be something physical because it happens when I lift it. I have it narrowed down to a large section on the bottom right around the mouse pad. When I press on it the screen and laptop go crazy. (Yes, I pressed sections to see if one part was triggered by the pressure of my hands making contact to lift it.) What's my next step? I have important documents on there. I'm a senior English, Creative Writing, and Professional Writing student.
