Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After i enabled high contrast mode and then turn it off the color of my file explorer task bar is still black and i cant read anything please help me to make it normal again thank youIMG_20190324_201137.jpg

Suggestion:

Try changing the Theme setting.

 

Settings > Personalization > Themes

 

Select one of the standard Windows themes - it doesn't matter which one, just select something that "came with Windows 10".

 

Assuming that fixes it,

You can set back to your custom background / theme afterwards.
