Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP Victus laptop hinge is broken at one side and screen cover poking out. I am tagging this issue as important because the device display is getting damaged every time I open or close the lid. I have found that this is a common problem in other units of Victus and other series laptops as well. I have gone through all the community posts/forums and social media content and many customer are facing the exact same issue with HP Victus laptop after around 1.2  to 1.5 years of usage. So basically its definitely HP's build quality is at problem. So I am asking HP Care that what we all should do now after warranty is expired. I sincerely request to initiate a fix to my problem, replace or repair whatever component is responsible for this issue. This is an issue that came with this laptop and for that reason, I don't expect HP to charge me anything. I am expecting a reply from HP Care with some solution asap.
