Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0002na

I have had my HP envy laptop 2 years, I work from home and it is rarely transported and well maintained. The left side hinge is coming off, looks like the screen is also affected. Is this a manufacturing fault does anyone else have this issue and can HP support?
