Product: Hp spectre x360 15

Noticed my right hinge uneven for the first time after over two years when I was closing the laptop.  I opened and  the screen cracked from the right hinge going up diagonally.

I understand your concern. As this is a hardware issue, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/repair options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
