Hello,

 

I have been helped several times and now no one is getting back to me. The last "repair" came back with more problems with my operating system freezing, no mouse, "rectangle screens" flashing all over the place and still continual main problem with the screen that the first time ended up popping out.

 

I am grateful for the help received so far, but it seems to have disappeared. There have been times when I don't get a response for 3 weeks to a month ........ and my response was delayed less then 2 weeks due to various reasons - and no one answers me in the private message.

 

I tried to get on my original post - but it kicks me off and errors me out. I do hope to  hear from someone soon. I have been told this is a "flaw design" and the screen is too heavy. This is a huge bummer because I love this laptop when it works! However, the flaw design and heavy screen are not my fault.

Thank you for waiting! I understand your concern and to help you out, I have escalated your concern to HP's Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options (if any). 

 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region. 

 

Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.  

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).

And Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well.

I have responded in the private community emails to your posts - your are the only one who has posted me - should I be waiting for someone else? Because no one else ever contacted me. I sent you all the information in the private emails in the community - can you tell me who I am waiting for? and how I will be contacted? 

I have it's been almost a month now - way more then the 4-5 days you posted the first time. I am getting confused .... I have answered so I don't understand.

And now all the private emails - since last year and including 3 received from you, all the information etc., I looked up and explained, the pictures - they are all gone? I do not understand this site at all.

Where are all my private email? Where are your 4 private emails to me? Why are they gone? I answered all your questions and now the information is GONE - where is it? Where is the last year of communicating with another HP person who was trying his best to help me???

 

I answered all your questions on here, I did what you asked - I asked you more questions and your never answered. Where am I supposed to tell you that NO ONE is getting back to me??? I already told you - in the missing emails. I have wasted a month of my 90 day warranty and NO ONE is telling me what to do. I can not do anything when you erase everything , and give me not way to respond.   

 

Every computer I have had has been HP - and the last few have had major issues - wny is no one answering me? Please answer to my personal email that YOU HAVE by a year of communication on here through the suddenly missing emails in the community. I am terribly upset - and can't even private message you on here which is most annoying.

NO ONE IS contacting me, or rather doing anything about the info asked for ......what is happening ? Should I just quit???

Please help this is not impressive behavior for a company as big as HP - I am getting so diasppointed!
