Hi @amanraj24nov

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you boot the computer to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and then check whether you see the green line in BIOS.

If the line doesn’t appear in the BIOS, then I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If the line appears in BIOS then please keep me posted.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

I also checked all the bios updates properly by pressing F10 key and I found that even after opening bios that green line is still showing. Then I thought it would be better to take help from HP support assistant to find out the correct driver to see if something was missing. Then I found that all the softwares and drivers are working properly. I request you to please help me and try to suggest a proper solution which will remove this green line appearing on our screen.
