HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bough the pavilion a couple of months back. so the laptop is pretty new. I noticed a horizontal scratch on the screen that was probably due to the screen being in contact with the keyboard area. I believe this a design flaw as the scratch is perfectly horizontal and I use my laptop with extreme care. I found other users suffering from the same problem. Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand your HP notebook display got horizontal scratches in order to fix this issue computer needs to be repaired. I did go through the product information page and I'm afraid, there's no recall program available. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.
