Hi, I am using HP 14-ck1012TU and my OS is Win 10 Pro x64-bit. I need the Hotkey support driver for HP 14-ck1012TU .

The hotkey support driver for your notebook is called the HP System Event Utility, and you can find that on your notebook model series' support page under the Software - Solutions section.

The hotkey support driver for your notebook is called the HP System Event Utility, and you can find that on your notebook model series' support page under the Software - Solutions section.

You can also see if the newer app works from the Microsoft store.

 

Get HP System Information - Microsoft Store

 

If that doesn't work, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try because the HP system event utility is what you need for the hotkeys.
