Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot disable or toggle off the privacy screen.  the viewing angle is very narrow.  In can increase/decreace brightness with F2/F3 which have a sun icon on it.  The F1 key as display icon that toggle the general brightness but does not improve the narrow viewing angle.  Please let me know if this a devective display.
