Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded my memory and I was wanting to change my dedicated gpu memory from 2gb to something higher. I currently have 7gb of shared memory and I was wondering if I could use that.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

The GPU memory is system managed and there is no option to increase or decrease the memory.

If it is system manage can I download a new bios operating system that will manage the dedicated GPU basically if it's system language can I change the system

You can give it a try. However, if you install the incorrect BIOS it may brick your computer.
