I am responding on behalf of @A4Apollo as he is out for the day. It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.
I reviewed your conversation and understand that you want to disable the onscreen keyboard.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Are you getting the onscreen keyboard from the time you log in or when you launch an application?
- Does this happen only in the tablet mode?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
While you respond to that, I recommend you disable tablet mode on the computer and check whether it resolved the issue.
Here is how it is done.
You can also enter Tablet Mode using the Settings app:
- Open Settings > System > Tablet Mode.
- Make sure that Make Windows more touch-friendly when using your device as a tablet is turned On.
- If you want, you can also change how your device will work when you automatically switch Tablet Mode on or off.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
