Can anyone enlighten me as to how i arrange an out of warranty repair to my HP Laptop? The Touchscreen is faulty. It basically went faulty within a month of the 1 year warranty expiring.
I have been thro this awful website over and over, trying to find how to go about arranging a repair. Cant find anything. Anyone able to help?

If your computer is no longer under warranty, you may not be able to contact Support.
You will need to find a third-party convenience store!

Hi. Thanks for your reply. When i called about this issue (about 10 months ago) i was offered a soloution to get the laptop fixed. I was told it would cost £450 (rip off), but i didnt have the cash at that time to afford the repair. So i been trying to find out if that same service is still available.

I am not 100% sure, and I am responding from posts that I have already seen
It therefore seems to me that if we have a problem during the warranty, we can reach the service, but if it is considered that this cannot be taken care of, then we offer you a paid repair.
However, from what I understand, this is not possible if we are no longer under warranty.
Read the link given above just in case, but if not, see directly with a professional, if it is feasible, it may be cheaper anyway.
Honestly for my part £ 450, unless I'm mistaken, around 500 € for me, I think it's too expensive, you might as well change your laptop
