How do you enable the mouse clickers? Both L and R suddenly stopped working

This laptop is new and worked fine until both clickers suddenly stopped working.  Is there a command to enable them?  All of the mouse settings relate to the touch pad, but not the clickers.  Nothing new was installed

I see you are experiencing touchpad issues with the HP ENVY Laptop clickers are not working.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
• Try doing System Restore if it had worked few days ago.
• If issue persist then do Reset PC Keep my files and check if it works.
