When I open the power point it asks me to configure the graphics card. Says the resolution is not matching.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Your laptop does not have graphics "cards"; instead, it has graphics processors.
To set the resolution, you right-click on the desktop and go to Display Settings.
Good Luck
