How to Verify that unit has OLED 4K Display

HP Spectre x360 13 Convertible PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My unit was recently returned from HP warranty service, with the display panel replaced.  The work order lists the replaced part as, "HU LCD 13.3" which leaves me wanting to verify that the replacement panel is in fact the same or better than the original purchased "13.3" diagonal 4K UWVA BrightView micro-edge AMOLED multitouch (3840 x 2160)" display.  How can I verify this, not by looking up my configuration (shown below) or the S/N because this is now no longer a virgin unit, the panel replaced.  And what does "HU" stand for in the replacement panel part description?  Is there any communication between the system and the panel such that I can have the unit confirm that the display is in fact 4K OLED?  I've noticed similar questions on these message boards and the answer is usually to point to the configuration based on the S/N, which to circle back, is not what I need to do, or can do, with confidence.  Thank you in advance.

EDIT / UPDATE - I figured out the problem, I had scale set to 250% if I changed it to 100% while keeping the same 3840X2160 resolution, the test returns 3840X2160.  Thank you!

 

Original follow up just for information/history:

 

Appreciate the testing link, but unfortunately I have some follow up questions.  I have the display set to the maximum resolution which is "3840 X 2160 (Recommended)" which is at the top of the drop down list of resolution choices.  That is also the specification that I purchased. 

 

When I run the test with the computer set to that maximum recommended resolution, the result is a resolution of 1536X864, far below the 3840X2160.  I tried running the test at nearly all of the resolution settings, sometimes the test matched the setting, and sometimes it was much lower than the setting; about half matched and half were lower.  So not I'm sort of at the beginning, while the screen appears to be of the same OLED quality when I received the unit, I would like a way to be sure beyond all doubt that I have received the correct and best quality replacement panel.  Appreciate your insights, and thank you.
