I've just bought an HP laptop (15-bc550na) but I'm not very impressed with the screen.
The screen was listed as having an IPS display but the laptop seems a little fuzzy, when I place another laptop side by side and visit the same pages the clarity on the other laptop is great but not on the new HP.
How can I verify that it is indeed an IPS display on the laptop I have?

Its Official specs from HP:
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06406793
which shows it has
39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal FHD SVA anti-glare WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
And the whole series only has ONE option for screen. Where did you get IPS information from. SVA is for standard viewing angle, which is a common TN panel.
Regards.
