HP ENVY x360 - 15-aq273cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am currently using the model of HP ENVY x360 that I purchased around 2017. I was using the device with a bigger, wire-connected  monitor successfully with a drawing tablet that did not have a monitor.

However, when I tried to connect the Cintiq 16 that I purchased recently, I discovered that the computer looked like it supported only one additional display. Is it possible to connect one to the HDMI port and the other to the type c USB? I'm asking this because I don't know if it's the converter (USB type C to HDMI) that I'm using right now that is causing the problem, or if it is the laptop's limit of one additional external device. Whenever I attempt to use the certain converter, it says that the hub does not have enough power for the billboard, which I don't have any idea what that means.

Ideally, I would like to work with the monitor mirroring the laptop (the laptop would be closed) and the Cintiq as a extended display. Please let me know if it is possible to do on my product, and if you can, please recommend a converter that works, please! I would be very grateful if someone could respond with a solution. Thank you!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, you can use an adapter, such as an HDMI to DVI adapter. This works if you have two different ports for your laptop and your monitor. If the hub does not have enough power then you might experience such issues.
