Hi,
When I connect my computer to the TV, tv shows an HDMI cable connected but with no signal/Display. I have update Intel display driver, Chipset driver, Intel Management Engine but nothing worked.
I'm connecting the laptop with Samsung Series 7 TV.
Note: I have tried replacing the cable it didn't work. I connect a different model laptop it connects fines.

First of all, in terms of your PC, it would be OUTPUT not INPUT.
Second, I have no idea how to enable HDMI input on your TV.
Third, sounds like your HDMI port on the PC is not working. If you have an external monitor you can borrow, you could try connecting that -- but I suspect the result would be the same.
There is no manual way to enable or disable the HDMI output.

I want to clarify that I am referring to the HDMI output. Here is the situation: I have successfully connected my laptop to a Samsung Smart TV from Series 8, and also my other PC to a Samsung Smart TV from Series 7. As both devices work fine on their own, I assume that neither the TV nor the laptop has any issues. However, when I try to connect the laptop to the Series 7 TV, it doesn't work. Is there any option to turn on or off on either my laptop or my TV that could help resolve this issue?

Thanks for the detailed explanation -- but if the laptop works through HDMI to another TV, then it should work with this one -- and apparently, it does not. Since other PCs work with this TV, then I have no idea why the laptop would not.
Sorry, don't know what to suggest.
