Hi, looking for support

 

Upon powering my laptop on I notice that the display remains blank and my caps lock the white LED light is blinking from the Caps Lock button ( 5 times slow, 3 times fast) this has happened once before and I merely used a key combination which in turn restored the laptop to its former glory. However, 2 weeks later the issue reoccurs and I can't remember the key combination I used. 

 

Any help would be appreciated
