Hello.

My goal is to spare battery when not needed.

This laptop has NVidia 3080Ti dGPU. Mini DP and HDMI ports are directly tied to it (at least that's what I concluded so far).

How can I connect my old 1080 TV which has only HDMI ports to a laptop's Intel graphics. I tried USB-c to HDMI adapter, it is recognized as "Video Adapter" but doesn't send any video signal to it? I guess this is (if at all) possible only in Optimus mode, which is already enabled in BIOS.

I tried enabling "High resolution over alt mode..." in BIOS but that didn't make difference.

I tried searching all over internet, but finally, it is HP product for which I have right to get support for basic use for which I cannot find documented facts.
