HP Recommended

My alphabet letters won't work ...thus I can't sign on....and I want to get to Device Manager to uninstall and reinstall keyboard drivers and skip sign on.

Any help in how to do that ?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to plug in a USB keyboard into one of your notebook's USB ports and use that to sign into your PC.
