Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the best way to install an external webcam. When I go into settings to try to add the webcam, keep getting same message device not found. I have enabled and disabled, I have uninstalled and installed. About to throw the **bleep** webcam thru a window !

Logitech has many webcam products and nearly all of them just plug-and-play. What is it ? You can download drivers for it from Logitech and install to your computer before plug it to your machine.
