Product: Elitebook 820 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just recieved a new Elitebook 820 G3 and there is no Backlit function key and hitting fn spacebar does not work either. Any help?

Hi,

 

That is an option as indicated:

   

   US and International key layouts are available. Backlit keyboard with HP DuraKeys available as an option

 

Did you buy this option ? Please check F5 key, does it have keyboard light symbol ? If not then you did not buy this option OR your machine does not have a backlit keyboard.

I do not see the fn key for that symbol is it supposed to be F3
