I'm having trouble with my video using Zoom - I can receive video fine, but the images people see of me are distorted and glitchy and stop and start. Zoom suggests updating the video driver, but my system is no longer supported by HP - the 21H2 is no longer supported, but others with similar names are (eg 20H2). Any ideas? I'm not very tech savvy...

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To resolve this issue, refer to the following link to download and install the following Zoom update: New updates for Windows
Zoom client version 5.4.2 can be downloaded directly from the Zoom official website: Zoom Download Center
You can also get the update from the Zoom UI if your computer has not joined a domain. Click on the login name, and then click Check for Updates.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
