Hi:
See if this graphics driver works for you...Install and restart the PC
This package provides the driver that enables the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

You're very welcome.
I'm thinking it is a HP 250 G4. That is where I got the driver from. But it could be a 250 G5, if it is brand new.
The only way you are going to know for sure is to let me know what the product number of your notebook is.
The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
The 250 G4 has driver support for W7 x64, W8.1 x64, and W10 x64.
The 250 G5 only has driver support for W7 x64 and W10 x64.
