Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please Help me !

I just Bought a new Spectre X360 15t and the Tilt pen that came with it stopped working all of a sudden. I believe that happened after updating the latest Bios. I have tried almost everything to make the pen work again with my laptop, like: reinstalling the keyboard, touchscreen and pen Drivers. Updated everything to be updated downloaded the latest Pen Control but it does not show anything but Button assignment. when I connect the pen to the laptop with the USB cable the LED is not lid which mean it is fully charged. I press the two buttons for 10 Sec. each and together hoping it will initiate reboot or a troubleshoot but nothing happened. so I am beginning to loose hope of ever finding a solution to my problem .

so if anyone knows what should or can i do please help me out.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the HP Pen. Hence, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
